Returns
Returns will be accepted for damaged or mistakenly sent items.
We replace or refund items only if they are defective or damaged, and of course will correct any mistakes in shipping that we make.
There is no need to return any defective, or mistaken items.
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our perfume products unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
That means be sure you want it before you order it
If you make an order then change your mind five minutes later, we will not refund it. Your order will be honored, not refunded.
We go through a lot of effort to make your goodies, and once you make your purchase we have already paid fees to our payment processors, and have begun making your order. It is unfair to our other customers to spend time correcting your mistaken order, instead of spending that time on our customers that actually want what they ordered. Sorry if that seems a bit much, but that is what must be done.
