Well its almost time to reopen . I am just about a week behind my original reopening date and still many moons behind on other things. I currently have only seven back orders, 4 new and a few store orders to knock out before I am able to reopen fresh and caught up . A real first for me since the web explosion called Bath and Body forums last year!
Speaking of knocking out- umm- I mean up ( sorry for the bad pun) For those of you who are close to me, and if I haven’t told you yet and you are reading this blog , I do apologize - But I am currently in my 17th week of pregnancy, which would make me four months and one week. Due, of all dates- July 7th! Same as KC’s b-day, and five days before mine. Yes, miracles of miracles have happened! The cocktail connoisseur , martini toting , energizing bunny Moona has had her wings clipped , ah yes…. but very , very happy. Exhausted, aching and crabby , but happy. I know those of you who know me personally are sympathizing with poor KC, and I will pass along your sympathy and support for his ever enduring patience :)
Now on to MoonaLisa news. Yes - I got my ass kicked with the marathon long opening of the holiday collection- the whole three and half hours I was open to orders! And well some of you voiced your disappointment at me closing so fast, I am sure you might be able to understand now , since I am STILL finishing up. I can’t apologize enough for taking so long to finish, but I really , really do make all this stuff from scratch ( with very few exceptions as you all well know), so it takes forever and a day to do it all when the volume is so high. Not to mention I was unaware of my bundle of joy zapping my energy ( I thought I was just exhausted from the no rest between the Midsummer collection and the Halloween- HA! ) or I would have never put up so many new things. With that being said and my back is killing me hunched over this keyboard. I am doing things a bit different while I am pregnant thru the first few months of mini moo’s arrival……
My web site will be up as a portal and a gallery of past and present Moona creations as well as info, but you shall now order thru an ETSY store.!!!! Hows that? I think it will be so much faster and better for all of us to have you guys order what is in stock for now, instead of me making it all to order. If you have any ideas you want to bounce, please feel free, I am open to suggestions. Ok- my shoulders hurt now too. I will write again later.
